Order Confirmation & Delivery
Once an order is placed, it will be processed and dispatched for delivery. Customers must verify their order in the presence of the delivery person at the time of delivery.

Product Checking Upon Delivery

Faulty Products: If there is any fault with the product from our side, you may return it immediately while the delivery person is present.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order after receiving it, you will be required to pay the delivery charge in order to return the product.

Returns After Delivery
Once the delivery person has left and you have accepted the product, no returns or cancellations will be accepted for personal reasons.

Product Condition for Return
If a product is returned, it must be in its original, unused, and sealed condition.
